Job Description
Job Purpose: This solution-focused professional will be responsible for new /old opportunities within existing and prospective clients.As ‘Services Sales’ the job refers to a sales position where you focus on selling the range of services, offered by TD-SYNNEX which includes but not limited to implementation services, managed services, consulting services, support services & education services across multiple High-Growth technologies and Product Portfolios to our clients. The target clients/customers being serviced through our Channel partners/eco-system.This Services-Sales professional will be responsible for new /old opportunities within existing and prospective clients.Key Responsibilities:Drives services-sales (as described in Services Sales Summary) in the assigned region/ territoryHas ability to address end customers, channel partners & vendors – requiring a deep understanding of their needs and how it can be addressedDevelop connects within the TD-SYNNEX’s teams and work with internal product sales & technical teams to drive services revenue opportunitiesDevelop relationship with in-country management and make service top-of-mind recallDevelop and maintain relationships with the channel eco-systemSocialize ‘Services’ within and outside the organizationWork with Marketing, Operations and Scoping teams to cross-leverage the full potentialDevelop and maintain a quality pipeline of servicesMeet or exceed assigned sales target/quotasTrack opportunities using provided toolsPerforms reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including Quotes, Bookings, margins and renewalsMeets End Users / Partners to convey the services portfolio, benefits of our services and the prices thereofGenerates documentation to ensure that the orders booked are taken up for invoicing for the services within the permitted time framesPursues discussion with the channel eco-system/ buyers for payment to be realized within the granted credit periodCarry and end-to-end ownership of engagements.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Degree holder / Preferably with an Engg.
