Job Description

We are looking for a CSM with great relationship-building abilities and who is a technology and marketing enthusiast. She/he will be responsible for managing the existing customers of the Vizury Omnichannel Engagement Platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new customers – will include account set up and coordination with tech teams to integrate and help the customers get started seamlessly
- Run and optimize customer marketing campaigns
- Relationship building with existing customers
- Constantly monitor performance and conduct timely QBRs to align on goals, ROI, issues, and feedback
- Platform adoption & Revenue expansion – suggest different best practices and encourage customers to try different features and marketing channels
- Prevent Churn – flag out accounts at risk and work towards retention goals
- Handle issues and escalations – coordinate with tech teams to bring the issues to resolution by prioritizing based on the criticality
Required Skills:
- A way with words, along with an intuitive grasp of technology products and marketing
- 0-1 year of experience/interest in digital marketing functions, understanding ROMI, and channel expansion
- Customer Success/Account Management mentality with an inclination towards technology in SAAS/PAAS industries
- Background in marketing education is a huge plus
- A bias for actionUrgency and enthusiasm in helping resolve customer issues
