Job Description
Ensure input collation from vendors with complete checking of payroll inputs, draft register and 100% compliance on Statutory deduction Eg – Statutory Bonus, PF, ESIC etc Ensure Contractor / Vendor Compliance – 100 % adherence to audit requirements and timely processing of payroll with the TAT without any delays Timely payroll and FNF invoice to submission to finance and follow ups on timely processing to vendors Capable to answer the queries raised by stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination with all the stakeholders Should have experience in handling the internal and external audits and ensure the payroll checklist is followed before finalisation of payroll Should have knowledge on minimum wages , statutory , Income tax etc Ensure to work as a team player and deliver on time. Should have knowledge on Full and final settlement processing / Minimum wages
