Designation : Jr. Engineer Product Support
Work Exp. – Fresher with Excellent communication can apply, must be Non-Technical Graduate / 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecom domain.
Shift : US Shifts, 24 by 7.
Weekoff : Any 2 days in a week.
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist customer / technicians with telecommunication issues.
- Providing technical assistance on call.
- Working in a team to achieve defined SLA’s.

- Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
