- Manage a team of engineers working on quality for the Skava platform and Proven hands-on technical management to drive the team technically.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from Scratch.
- Should have knowledge about various test methods & corresponding tools like JIRA, TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, etc.
- Should possess a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and propose improvement plans.
- Build and lead a high performing team and Hiring and retain top talent required for the team role
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills & track record of building and maintaining excellent working relationships with peers
