ResponsibilitiesUser-Centred Design: Conduct user research, create user personas, and design wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Test and iterate designs based on feedback.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive design language and user experience across all product touchpoints.Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behavior that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.Requirements3-6 years in UI/UX design, particularly in fintech B2C products.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
