Position Summary1. Planning and integration of 4G network based on customer guidelines.
2. Maintaining network performance as per set KPI(Key Performance Indicator) and fault management.
3. Educate and provide new technology solutions to customer.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Network architecture] Design an optimal network by taking customer specifications into consideration.
2. [Integrating system hardware] Integrate key network elements to establish a seamless eco-system.
3. [Performance management] Monitor network performance as per set KPI(Key Performance Indicator) and participate in improving KPIs based on targets.
4. [Configuration management] Maintain service configuration & provisioning as per guidelines including configuration adjustments based on the optimization field test.
5. [Fault management] Perform analysis & resolution of all escalated technical issues for overall improvement of network KPI(Key Performance Indicator) and operational efficiency.
6. [Network optimization & validation] Perform to drive network optimization activities and validate recommendations given by analyzers (people performing the network optimization tests on the field) for cluster optimization to meet agreed KPI. Provide support to the last mile network connectivity.
7. [Application and software management] Participate in maintaining software application and its server, new feature implementation and application patch upgrade.
Skills and Qualifications
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Generally requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
