Job Description
Position Title – Assistant Manager-Rural Sales (Microfinance) Location –Bengaluru (Corporate Office)Total Experience – 3 to 14 YearsQualification – MBA (Full Time Compulsory)Report to the AGM-SalesLanguages Known- English /HindiIndustry- FMCD (Small Appliances preferably)/FMEGKey Responsibilities:Achieving the sales target for the rural market.Ensuring stock as per the client-vendors’ plan requirements.Taking indents from vendors and ensuring the fill rate of purchase orders every monthEnsuring the management of huge volume demands from vendors by constantly coordinating and planning with the plant production managerManaging the collection target and outstanding every monthInteracting with the service head and managers PAN India for customer service in the rural marketInteracting with external agencies for artwork and marketing materialsSupporting the external auditors in completing reconciliation issuesAdding new accounts through business development initiativesIdentifying better forms of penetration directly into the rural marketRemarks-Experience in Rural Sales is compulsory & exposure to Aggregators and Microfinance is a must.More Exposure to Regional Accounts is an added advantage.Candidates who have handled a business of 50 Cr & above will be considered.Travel requirement as per business requirementWorking Knowledge of SAP is preferred, & Good Working knowledge of Excel is compulsory.Good Communication & Influencing Skills.Please look for a stable candidate (Frequent job changes will not be considered)Local Candidates will be preferred.
