Job Description
Minimum 7+ years of test experience with mandatory experience on Test automation using Selenium.Should lead the team of 5 to 8 QA members & should be the face of QA from offshore.Knowledge of Healthcare Provider domain is plus.Excellent experience in creating test strategies, working in Agile methodologies. Should work with multiple LOBs & support neighbor team testing & UAT.Experience in TDD is preferable.Preferable to have come from a developer background to appreciate development paradigms.
