Position Title – Product Marketing ManagerLocation – Bengaluru (Corporate Office)Total Experience – 3 to 10 YearsQualification – MBA (Full-time is compulsory) Reporting to AGM-Product MarketingDirect Team- Nil (Individual Contribution)Languages Known- English & HindiIndustry- FMCD /FMCG/Consumer Durable/FMEG/Candidates having experience in small appliances will be preferred. Key Responsibilities:Be the subject matter expert for the assigned products through research in the latest trends, competitor analysis & market informationWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive category growth & topline numbersIntroducing new products through White Space analysis & driving new product launches to achieve estimated annual revenue and manage the life cycle of SKUs in the portfolioPropose pricing for product portfolio, esp for new productsBe updated with competition trends through competition benchmarking, competition marketing activities, new launches, schemes, pricing, service etc.Ensure content/communication across the board on products, including in the digital space & BTL, is in line with stated objectivesProduct training and development of product knowledge to the sales teamWorking closely on promotions and schemes to make the campaigns and products successful.Manage slow / non-moving inventory in an effective mannerPerform customer research along with research agencies, feedback, usage analytics, and competitive analysis to identify new product/current product requirementsManage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependence in an organized and structured way, and willing to do what it takes to make our product successful.Remarks-Looking for candidates with experience in the Serveware2 to 3 Years of experience in Sales is compulsory before handling a Product Marketing RoleTravel requirement as per Business as required.Excellent communication skills (in English, and fluency in the local language may also be helpful).Strong commercial awareness.Looking for a stable candidate (Frequent job changes will not be considered)Proven experience in product management is a mustStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAs of today, with the latest trends and best practices in product management.Local Candidates will be preferred if possible
